Grand Finale of UN GCNI's Global HR Best Innovative & Sustainable Practices Championship 2021

The pandemic today has become both a health as well as an economic crisis. At UN Global Compact Network India we believe that it is now more than ever that organisations should come together and fight the pandemic as one United Business Community and therefore UN Global Compact (UNGC) is working to #UnitingBusiness against Covid- 19 and be true to the Agenda 2030 – Leave No One Behind.

It is through Innovative Sustainable Business Practices aligned with SDGs and 10 UN Global Principles that as organisations we can respond, recover, rebuild and restore the health of our planet, economy and its people. As a part of UNGC's #UnitingBusiness against Covid- 19 initiative, UN GCNI organised a unique Case Study Contest on HR Sustainable Innovative Practices - 'Staying Focused on People During and Post Covid-19' last year in 2020.

The next logical step is to scale up the movement and its impact to a global level, inviting companies from across various geographies to share and learn from each other's experiences and best practices on Sustainable and Innovative HR Practices aligned to the SDGs.

We received an overwhelming number of entries from a number of organizations. The top 10 companies will now compete in the Grand Finale which is on April 9, 2022 | 4:30 PM IST to 7:30 PM IST
