The current crisis of COVID 19 has clearly established that it is only through Innovative Sustainable Business Practices aligned with SDGs and 10 UN Global Principles that we can respond, recover, rebuild and restore the health both of our planet and its people. Profit will flow better in this model as transparency, ethics, mutual trust and values will drive business strategies.
HR being a critical strategic partner of a business has to therefore instill a culture of Sustainability driving the procedure and processes with a particular focus on people. HR has to innovate and practice sustainable solutions for its people both during COVID 19 and post the pandemic.
As part of its endeavor of building Sustainability as a hallmark of responsible business practices, UNGCNI is organizing a unique Case Study Contest on HR Sustainable Best Practices as part of UNGC’s Uniting Businesses to fight against COVID 19.
UN GCNI HR Sustainable Innovative Practices Case Study Contest will be a platform for Responsible Businesses to not only showcasing their HR best practices in response to COVID 19 but also to recognize and celebrate these. This Contest will be a National HR Sustainability Platform to bring to the fore and learn from the role model HR Sustainable innovative practices from across Industries in India with particular focus on the challenges posed by the pandemic both now and in future.
The entire process will be online with Grand Finale featuring the shortlisted 10 entries making presentations before the Jury Panel in a virtual Session.
